The Milton Mechanical Services team is led by its owner, Dr. Ken Hughes.  Originally, trained in chemistry and microbiology using lasers, Dr. Hughes earned a Ph.D. from Purdue University.  After many years of teaching and conducting research at Georgia Tech he began working in the HVAC industry and consulting for the indoor agriculture industry.

Much of the experience gained in this work has been translated and transferred into the Milton Mechanical Services Company.  Milton Mechanical Services includes an amazing team of technicians, installers, and provides design and installation services for residential homeowners, landlords, property management companies, realtors, and numerous types of commercial operations.

Milton Mechanical Services is knowledgeable, experienced, and very customer service focused. They continue to win numerous “Best of…” awards and are a strong supporter of community events and charitable organizations.  Milton Mechanical Services has been voted #1 for Best HVAC Company for North Atlanta for 4 years running and as of this year, 2024, was noted as the Best in Alpharetta.

In addition to providing the local community with award-winning HVAC services, Milton Mechanical Services is heavily involved in giving back and supporting the local Alpharetta, Milton, Johns Creek, and Cumming communities.

Milton Mechanical Services is a sponsor and member of the Alpharetta Business Association(ABA) and the Alpharetta Farmers Market.  They are a member and active participant in the North Fulton Chamber of Commerce and participates in local Business Networking International Chapters (BNI).
